This is a general quality of life update - lots of little changes that add up to a better game!

- Garage looks a little better, and gives you more information. It also tells you what level is next when you're over the GO button so you know where you're going! I have wayyyy more plans for this, it's not there yet!
- Holes now have proper artwork, rather than being black squares
- The time limit is heavily referenced now, to encourage players to put the pedal down!
- The health bar animates now, so hopefully it's now cleared as to what hurts and what doesn't.
- There are some level artwork/layout improvements. I have so much I want to do with the levels, I'll get to them soon.
- Ghosts are much more fair, but only slightly less violent
- The jump now has WINGS. I'll make this better in future, but the garage icon makes sense now.
- You used to be able to get stuck in mountains if you could land in them; now you don't!
- Fonts are more readable. I'll probably change it again though.
- Transition from gameover/win page is less abrupt. It was so rude before!
